Shipping origin

All orders are processed and shipped from our UK warehouses, ensuring fast handling and reliable service.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship across the UK, most of Europe, the United States, Canada, and select international countries.

• United Kingdom and European Union: 4 to 6 business days

• United States and Canada: 5 to 8 business days

Processing time

All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours (business days only).

Free shipping

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over $35 / £30 / €32. This is automatically applied at checkout.

A tracking link will be sent as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You’ll be able to follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you're not, we offer a straightforward return process.

You may return your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging

How to request a return

Return shipping costs

• If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost

• For all other cases (change of mind, etc.), return shipping is at the customer’s expense
  

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

• At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order
