Shipping origin
All orders are processed and shipped from our UK warehouses, ensuring fast handling and reliable service.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship across the UK, most of Europe, the United States, Canada, and select international countries.
Estimated delivery times
- United Kingdom and European Union: 4 to 6 business days
- United States and Canada: 5 to 8 business days
- Other destinations: May vary depending on customs and local postal services
Processing time
All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours (business days only).
Free shipping
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over $35 / £30 / €32. This is automatically applied at checkout.
Order tracking
A tracking link will be sent as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You’ll be able to follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you're not, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return period
You may return your items within 14 days of receipt.
Return conditions
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage cannot be accepted for return
How to request a return
Please contact us at support@ellorytoys.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide instructions.
Return shipping costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost
- For all other cases (change of mind, etc.), return shipping is at the customer’s expense
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Additional Information
- At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order
- Limited edition products and sale items may be excluded from returns unless damaged upon arrival
